Induction heating (IH) for improving the workplace environment.
We solve various challenges in the heat treatment process with high-frequency induction heating.
Induction heating (IH) is a non-contact heating method that directly generates heat without using flames to heat conductive materials such as metals and carbon. Since it does not use flames or fuel, there are no exhaust gases or smoke produced, keeping the air in the workplace clean. This helps to suppress temperature increases within the workspace, creating a comfortable working environment. Additionally, unlike heating methods that involve contact with a heat source that itself generates heat, the workpiece itself generates heat, which also contributes to the suppression of temperature rises in the workplace. As a safe heating method that does not use open flames, the risk of fire is significantly reduced, allowing for safe operation even in environments where open flames are restricted. The ability to finely control the heating range and temperature allows for efficient heating of only the necessary areas, preventing energy loss and unnecessary heat generation. This results in a lower overall temperature in the workplace, reducing the air conditioning load during the summer.
